Delivery Times
In Italy: 24 to 72 working hours from the moment the order is shipped.

The Customer will pay LEKWIK the price shown on the order confirmation page. All product prices are listed on the website and include VAT only. If a product is discounted, both the original/regular price and the final discounted price will be shown.

Shipping costs are currently free for all orders with a delivery address located in Italy, excluding minor islands and areas considered remote, for which a shipping fee ranging from €6 to €13 may apply. Any such fee will appear at checkout after entering the ZIP code.
Cash on delivery orders (payment upon delivery): +€4.99 (VAT included).

Shipping costs for orders within Europe: The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout once the destination country is entered.
Customs duties, if applicable, are not included and are always the responsibility of the Customer.

The amount of any applicable delivery charges will be shown on the order summary page before the order is submitted.
Delivery times may be delayed due to force majeure, beyond the company's control.
LEKWIK shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events or force majeure, such as strikes, weather conditions, national holidays, warehouse inventories, relocation, changes to IT systems, or other extraordinary events. These situations may lead to longer delivery times than those indicated, potentially by several days.
