EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our policy is 15 days for exchanges and returns. If 15 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift vouchers

For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to causes beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or unpaid refunds (if applicable)
If after 7 days you still have not received a refund, please write to us at the following address: commerciale.lekwik@gmail.com and we will proceed to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to commerciale.lekwik@gmail.com and ship the item to the following address: Viale delle Abelie, 5 - Castel Volturno (CE) 81030

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to deliver in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.

If you need to ship an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
